Cancellation Policy

At BotCampus AI, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity for all participants. Please read the following terms carefully:

1. Non-Cancellable Policy

Once a workshop or course is purchased, it is non-cancellable. We encourage participants to thoroughly review the course details before making a purchase.

2. Batch Transfer and Candidate Substitution

Participants unable to attend their scheduled session may request a transfer to another batch or designate a substitute candidate to attend in their place. The following conditions apply:

  • Request Period: Requests for batch transfer or candidate substitution must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date.
  • Fee Adjustments: If the new batch has a higher fee, the participant is required to pay the difference. If the fee is lower, a credit note for the difference will be issued, usable towards future courses at BotCampus AI.
  • Certificate Issuance: Completion certificates will only be issued to the candidate attending the full course and successfully passing the required assessments.

3. No-Show Policy

Participants who fail to attend the workshop or course without prior notification will be marked as absent. Unfortunately, no replacement sessions or refunds will be provided.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can arise. In cases of exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team at support@botcampus.ai. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Additional Information

  • Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment occurs, it will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Credit Note Validity: Credit notes issued are valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be used towards any future BotCampus AI offerings.

Missing the course? Here's what you need to know:

  • You can’t get a refund your course and exam.
  • You can, however, switch to a different batch (if available). If the new batch costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
  • If it’s cheaper, you’ll get a credit for the extra amount you paid.
  • There’s a catch: You can only request a switch at least 48 hours before the course starts. After that, you’re stuck with your original batch.

Thinking of sending someone else?

That’s possible too, but they’ll need to attend the entire course and pass the exam to get the certificate. This transfer also needs to be done 48 hours beforehand.
